At Hometown History Maps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of the past; if your vintage map reproduction doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Map

  Carefully roll your map and place it back into its original protective shipping tube or similar heavy-duty packaging to prevent any creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the tube and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our archivists inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
